TS4Rent Terms of Service: User Agreement and Platform Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the TS4Rent website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future modifications.

TS4Rent provides an online platform designed to facilitate connections and social interactions within the transgender community and its admirers. Our services include, but are not limited to, profile creation, messaging, search functionalities, and community features. We are not a party to any agreements or arrangements made between users. We do not employ, recommend, or endorse any individuals using our platform and make no representations regarding user conduct, identity, or intentions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your interactions on the Service and any content you post, transmit, or share. To use our Service, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
3. Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or intimidate any other user.
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or infringes upon any third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, and compilation are and will remain the exclusive property of TS4Rent and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TS4Rent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TS4Rent, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
